These terms govern your use of the Itzol app and website. By using Itzol you agree to them. The short version: be reasonable, and remember the app is an organizer, not an advisor.

What Itzol is

Itzol is an organizer and optimizer for payment cards you already have. You tell the app about your cards and their reward rules; it helps you decide which card to use and when. Itzol is not a bank, a card issuer, a lender, or a financial institution, and it does not touch your money.

Not financial advice

Itzol does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Recommendations are informational only, computed from the reward rules you entered. We don’t guarantee savings, earnings, or that any recommendation is the best option available to you. Always check your card issuer’s own terms, rates, and reward rules before making a decision.

No account

Itzol requires no account and no sign-up. Your data stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and purchases

Itzol offers a free tier and an optional Itzol Pro upgrade:

Billing. Purchases and subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play, under the store’s own terms and payment methods. We never see or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, in your store account settings.

Free trial. The yearly plan begins with a 1-month free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your store account is charged the yearly price.

Cancellation. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds follow the store’s policy — we don’t issue them directly.

Lifetime. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks Pro features for as long as the app is distributed. The launch-offer price may change or end at any time, but changes never apply retroactively.

Price changes. If subscription prices change, the store will notify you in advance; continuing the subscription after the change means you accept the new price.

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region and applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

Use Itzol lawfully and as intended. Don’t reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, don’t use it to violate your card agreements, and don’t misrepresent it as financial advice to others.

Intellectual property

The Itzol app, its card designs, and this site’s content belong to us. The data you enter belongs to you — export it any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app and this site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost rewards, missed payments, or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We’ll post any changes here and update the date above. Continuing to use Itzol after a change means you accept the new terms.
